Chris Simmons alerted us to Everything is OK, a project which began in a design studio. Directly off the site is this explanation of the project, “Faced with the mounting inequities in our world and culture, we set out to assemble a list of resources that would point people toward positive action. We launched a simple website (everythingisok.com) as a means of sharing these links. To promote the site, we created barricade tape with the incongruous message “everything is ok.”
“Today, Everything is OK exists as a kind of social design experiment in subversive positivism. It explores the relationship between medium and message, challenges accepted modes of communication, and provides everyday citizens with tools for social commentary.”

Two wicked awesome dudes, Adam & Garrett, have been in touch to tell us about a nascent project they’re doing. Have a read below…
“We here at Hey! Studio just launched a new project called Play the Next Track. It’s an illustrated story with a soundtrack. The illustrations are created by swapping one PSD back and forth between the two of us and manipulating all of the layers. We update the site with a new chapter on the 10th, 20th, and 30th of every month. Hope you enjoy.”

Vic from Sell!Sell!, an independent creative agency based in Shoreditch, London, has been in touch to draw our attention to two things. Firstly, their ace new blog full of interesting stuff, and secondly, their ScreenThing project - which is the place for all young film and tv heads.
I can’t remember seeing their portfolio before, so make sure you check it out as there’s some nice work on there, like the piece pictured.
