Natalie Duckett

Natalie Duckett, a graduating student from the University of Dundee has produced this alarm clock made from an elm log with brass components. “The signal is not an electronic buzz but a mechanical imitation of a woodpecker drumming against a tree. My users have to find a material; surface or object for the woodpecker’s beak to drum against to listen to it.”

The Cloak Bag

The Cloak Bag

It is the first bag of its kind, allowing full access to the camera without the need to take it out of the bag.”
