Jordi Ferreiro

Love the work of Jordi Ferreiro; his street art and installation work is just a little explosion of colour in an otherwise bland environment.

Gemma Rice

Just in to the DM inbox is your third helping of graduate goodness today from The University of Cumbria, this time in the form of Gemma Rice. There’s some really nice and varied pieces of work in her portfolio. Gemma tells us that she’s secured a couple of placements, and that after that she’s looking for work in Scotland.

Alan Heighton emailed us his portfolio link for us to enjoy on a tea break. I’d recommend you do the same as he’s got some cool work going on. Plus, you all have at least 10 tea breaks a day, don’t you now?

Ok, this may be a bit juvenile, but F*ck This Website and the accompanying book, ‘F*ck This Book’ make me chortle like a schoolboy.

I kind of like the way that this non-permanent art is applied; I mean, on a dull Monday morning isn’t this (below) the kind of thing you’d like to see in a double-take-way on the train in before the weekly grind?
