Great North Run 2009

Last sunday I ran the Great North Run for charity, completing the half marathon in 2hr17min. Above is a pretty poor picture of me. There aren’t many good pictures as I was goosed; I’ve never ran that far in my life before. But there it is, to prove I ran it. My feet are still mashed up, blistered and sore.

Anyway, thanks to the chaps who’ve kindly donated to the fund so far, your support is really appreciated. I still need a bit more to achieve my target, so if anyone can spare a couple of quid for a really deserving charity please can you sponsor me here.

Back To Normal

Back To Normal

Thanks to a massive effort from Andy G, we appear to have fixed the problems that the site has been suffering from. Therefore, users shouldn’t experience any internal errors as we’ve removed the shonky wordpress plugins responsible for the mishaps. However, please let us know if you do experience any problems.

Also, over Easter we’ve been sent loads of ace links and work. We’ll try and get them posted over the coming week, so if you’ve sent something in - don’t worry, we’ll get it up here shortly!

Dirty Mouse Downtime

Dirty Mouse Downtime

Folks, if you have experienced any downtime from Dirty Mouse of late, be comforted by the fact that we are on the case. It seems that we have become a trifle more popular recently (yippee) but that has hurt the server (boo). We are now working to optimize the site - it appears that leaky plugins are causing it to balls up, so over easter we’re going to be doing work on the site. Massive, massive thanks to Andy G for helping us get this sorted!

If the site is slow to load, or you get 500 errors, could you send an email to the usual address to help us crack this, and state when you tried to access it and what error you got. Cheers!
