Matt Luckhurst - a recent graduate of the Alberta College of Art and Design -  has been in touch to tell us about his brand spanking new site complete with lots of splendid examples of work.

I stumbled across Burst of Beaden via ffffound, and it’s got some corking illustration on it. Worth a visit to see the detail that goes into these vast pieces.

The Illustrative is the biggest art exhibition dealing with illustration worldwide. Every year at two different creative hot spots in Europe, the exhibition displays an inspiring collection of current graphical art with over 400 works from more than 60 artists. After appearing in Paris and Berlin in 2007, in 2008 it’s going to Zurich.
