The work of Aaron Hobson is featured on NiceToMeetYou at the moment. Aaron has a unique style and tone to his work, concentrating on cinemascapes. His photos are excellent, combining a sophisticated technique and fantastic image compositions, which prompt the viewer to examine the photographs in detail. His two series of photographs featured at the moment are fantastically dark, and full of atmosphere.
Aaron explains on his website, “Unlike a single exposure/frame, creating panoramics from multiple images allows the viewer’s eye to explore shifting focal planes and become immersed into a scene full of unsuspecting details and hidden plots. Each constructed image seemingly captures a moment in time that poses many questions, not the least of which is what’s going on here?”
