Creative Everyone

Creative Everyone

Mike Sullivan has been in touch to tell us about Creative Everyone. Mike tells us, “We started Creative Everyone to be a single, go-to guide to all the most interesting creative-oriented events guide curated and edited by interested members from the creative community (our editors).”

“The idea came from a realisation that we were missing far too many art and creative events and constantly becoming frustrated searching blogs and listings trying to find relevant, local creative events to attend. As Daniel Howells and I (Mike Sullivan) have worked together previously, It was only naturally for us to team up and develop Creative Everyone as a self-initiated, self-funded project.”

“The response so far has been great, and it is clear from listening from our users that there is an interest in broadening the site’s reach from our current core handful of cities, and as we move out of beta we’re hoping to add exciting new features that will make the site more social and ultimately more useful to the creative community.”

i29 interior architects

i29 interior architects

i29 interior architects create some stunning interiors, and this one is no exception. “This small apartment in Amsterdam, NL (45 m2) is completely renovated because of foundation repair. In it’s new layout all the functions of the house are placed in two wall units. Entrance hall, wardrobe and kitchen equipment are hidden behind a pinewood wall.”

On the opposite a second wooden wall of the same material is placed. This wall integrated a bench, fireplace and storage. Floor, ceiling and walls are all white. A custom designed table and bench, together with the fireplace are anthracite gray. The simplicity of the design and choice of materials give this apartment lots of space within the limited area.”

DixonBaxi – Join the Dots

Join the Dots is a celebration of the spirit of collaboration.

A simple idea. A consistent frame for a multitude of work. A single dot, each representing one collaborator, each a connection to another. Each collaborator is given a template of a dot in a fixed position on an A2 portrait poster. Each interpreted this in their own way.
