Tom Hovey is a freelance Illustrator working out of South Wales. Tom tells us, “I work in lots of different fields within the bracket of Illustration from live painting, to zine publishing to storyboard and concept work for film and animations.” Tom also has a blog here, featuring his latest abstract scribbles, ideas, hopes and fears.
