Becks Canvas Update

Beck's Futures

James from Becks Canvas got in touch with us to give us an update of some new stuff that’s come out from the winners. I’ve seen some of the bottles out in the bars and they’re looking pretty good. James says, “Videos for Becks Canvas have been released and uploaded to YouTube. They are pretty cool as they interview each of the finalists and gives there interpretation of how they see the art, what there vision was and what they were trying to achieve.”

Future Milk Competition

Futuremilk Competition

Once again, the technical gremlins of the Dirty Mouse server have prevented me from posting this competition a lot earlier, so you’d better get your thinking caps on to get your ideas in before the deadline and win that cool £1000 prize.

Cravendale, in partnership with the YCN, has launched the Future Milk design competition. Future Milk is a design competition that is open to anyone over the age of 16, focusing on milk packaging in the next 50 years. It will encompass both structural design and on-pack graphics. For the next month (until 20th June) creative, inspired people have the opportunity to submit their designs online, via Cravendale’s website, or through the post. People can also vote for their favourite ‘Peoples Choice’ design via the same link.

The best designs, as chosen by an influential design panel will win cash prizes (first prize is £1,000 then £300 and £200), a special Cravendale trophy created by the YCN and the chance of a work placement with one of the top London creative agencies.
