Merry Christmas

Merry Christmas

Well, due to being mega busy before christmas we couldn’t get any posts on to the site. So in advance we apologise as we had some ace stuff land in the inbox and through the front door. It’ll all go on after christmas. Hopefully we’ll be moving the site over the break to a new home, so make sure you subscribe to our all new mailing list or follow us on twitter for news on that.

Have a great christmas all!

i phone eye with my little eye

Colombian designer Diva Escandon dropped us a line recently. “A little over a year ago i started using the iphone. there is something precise about using this little camera that captures color, movement and the instant in a way that can be realistic, dream-like, or at times luckily distorted. So, four thousand five hundred and thirty photographs later, I had an urge to do something with my little collection. no strings attached, and entirely personal, i’ve begun this website that is a constant work-in-progress and has plenty of room for more images, participation, ideas.”

Bless Design

Once again our pals at Bless Design have been busy making good stuff, in their words, “a nice bit of Christmassy letterpress loveliness.” We agree, it is ace!

Twelfth Man - Sport City London

Twelfth Man - Sport City London

Matt Cottis and Dylan Collard have been working on a new project, and got in touch with us to tell us more. Matt says, “We started this self initiated early this year and we’ve had some great experiences meeting a broad range of people from all over the world who are connected by their love of sport - whatever it may be.”

“With the diverse backdrop of London’s many boroughs we’ve seen a stark contrast from the last remaining Cricket Club in Lambeth who play there games surrounded by the tower blocks of the Brandon Estate in Kennington, to the Barristers, Tri-athletes et al who turn out at the Serpentine every Saturday morning for a dip in the beautiful lake - just make sure you don’t swallow the water… This project is ongoing and we hope to continue photographing the interesting characters and venues that make up London’s diverse sporting communities.”
