Came across this really nice packaging from Lonny Hurley today; it’s got a great retro-feel to it what with the typography and colour palette. Lonny’s portfolio may be small but what’s there (have a look at the posters) is quite nice.

Sarah has let us know of about a project she’s involved with called pingg.com. It’s a rather smart looking online event-planning tool with tasteful invitations as well as being ad-free, green friendly and best of all its free to use. It’s a neat little tool to help trying to plan any occasion and wanting to look great doing it. Nice!

I saw these images on ffffound today and was struck by their beauty - genuinely breathtaking shots. The photographer behind them is Koichiro Doi, and you can see his excellent portfolio on the Julian Meijer Agency website.

Fwis is a graphic design firm that specializes in fresh, concept-driven graphic design for some of the most savvy and complex companies in the world. Very nice work, that - especially the album covers. Also, I’m loving the site itself; the way it organises projects and its filtration strings are top banana.
